GENERAL FAQ'S

Pop & Pour is a one-day, multi-venue festival experience in the heart of Echuca Moama. It’s a “choose your own adventure” trail-style event where you travel between unique venues via our festival shuttle loop—sampling wine, cocktails, delicious food, and soaking up live music and entertainment all day long. The trail features a curated selection of venues, including breweries, distilleries, and wineries, each offering a unique festival experience.
Pop & Pour takes place annually on the last Saturday in November.
This is a strictly 18+ event. No minors are permitted, even if accompanied by an adult.
You’ll need one of the following:
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- Passport
- Proof of Age card
- Overseas Driver’s Licence (must include photo and DOB — student cards not accepted)
Shuttle buses run in a continuous loop from 12pm to 5:30pm, connecting all festival venues.
Hop on and off as many times as you like!

Participants create their own festival adventure by using the Pop & Pour shuttle buses to navigate the trail, visiting a selection of hand-picked venues. Each venue offers unique hospitality, music, festival bites, and drink specials. The festival emphasizes the convenience of not needing a designated driver, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience fully.
Perricoota (Echuca Moama): Participants select their departure location and time during ticket purchase. The event runs from 12pm to 5:45pm, with return-to-town services starting at 5pm.
Yes, water will be available at all trail venues. Participants are encouraged to bring a sealed or empty water bottle to fill.
No ATMs will be available, so please bring enough cash and a bank card for the day.
No—but we highly recommend getting a taste of each. It's all part of the fun!
Absolutely! Rain, hail, or shine, the festival will proceed. Only a global pandemic or natural disaster will cause a postponement. In such cases, tickets will be transferred to the following year’s event, or you can resell them.
Unfortunately, this is a hard NO! To protect our venues and bus services, we cannot allow any open beverages or full glasses on the buses. Security personnel will ask you to empty your cup before boarding.
No outside food or drinks are allowed. The festival is about showcasing local culinary skills, with venues offering delicious festival foods and beverages. Visit popandpour.com.au to check out each venue's offerings.

Such behavior will result in eviction from the festival.
Due to the festival's nature, we do not provide storage or a cloakroom service.
Both Pop & Pour locations offer numerous accommodation options.

Tickets for Perricoota will be available via the Pop & Pour website. Official date TBA.
Tickets generally sell out in advance, so it’s best to purchase them early to avoid disappointment.
However, if there are tickets available on the day, you can buy them at the Bus Depot.
General Admission tickets are $95* and include:
- A high-quality polycarbonate keep cup OR a Pop & Pour Stubby Hollder
- Entry to all festival venues
- Unlimited shuttle bus access
- Live entertainment (two acts per trail venue)

No — General Admission ticket holders must make their own way to their selected first venue.
You’ll check in and receive your wristband and Pop & Pour keep cup or stubby holder there.
Choose the General Admission + Morning Transfer ticket!
We’ll collect you from either The American Hotel or The Border Inn and drop you at your nominated first venue before midday.
We go ahead rain, hail or shine.
The festival will only be postponed under extreme circumstances (e.g., natural disaster). In this case, tickets will be transferred to the new date or may be resold.
Strictly no refunds. 
However, in the case of extreme personal circumstances, we may consider transferring your ticket to the following year.
Requests must be submitted in writing and include supporting documentation.
Anyone found at any venue without a wristband or evidence of a valid ticket will be removed from the premises.
If your ticket shows up as checked in and you do not have a wristband, you will be asked to leave.
Any person asked to leave will be required to find their own transport back to Echuca Moama.
Tickets must not be resold for profit or used in promotions without written permission from Pop & Pour.
Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers may be deemed invalid.
COVID or Health Disruptions Should government health guidelines impact the event, Pop & Pour reserves the right to implement changes or cancellations in line with official advice.
We’ll notify ticket holders via email and our website. Indemnity & Risk
By attending Pop & Pour, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisers, venues, and partners from any claims arising from your attendance, except where required by law. Participation is at your own risk.
Pop & Pour is a fun, inclusive space and we expect all guests to treat each other, staff, artists, and venue teams with respect. Aggressive, inappropriate, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund. Let’s keep the good vibes flowing for everyone!
The use or possession of illicit substances is strictly prohibited. Disorderly intoxication may result in ejection without refund. Alcohol service complies with RSA laws and is at staff discretion.

IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?

Perricoota: An official afterparty will be held in Echuca. Details will be provided at the festival.

BUSES, TRANSFERS, DRIVING & PARKING

Perricoota (Echuca Moama): Starting locations are available in both Echuca and Moama. When booking your ticket, select your boarding location and the first venue you want to visit. If you prefer to make your own way to the first venue, visit a Ticket Exchange Desk on Friday night or Saturday morning for check-in. Remember to bring your keep cup and wristband, as replacements are not available. The trail features a curated selection of venues, including breweries, distilleries, and wineries, each offering a unique festival experience.
Shuttle buses will circulate continuously, stopping at each venue to unload and reload passengers. The frequency of stops depends on the efficiency of boarding and disembarking.
While there is limited parking available, the festival emphasizes using the provided bus system for safety and convenience. The Pop & Pour Festival celebrates tasting and enjoying, so leave the driving to us!
Yes! From 5:00pm onwards, buses will return all guests to central Echuca Moama until everyone has made it safely back.

You’re welcome to bring an empty reusable water bottle to refill throughout the day.

LOST PROPERTY

Lost property will be collected and taken to the Bus Depot at the end of the day.

Yes, small bags are allowed. Bag checks may occur upon venue entry.
No cloakrooms or lockers are available—pack light and leave valuables at home.
Smoking/vaping is only permitted in designated areas at each venue.
There will be trained first aid staff on-site. Contact a staff member or security if you need assistance.
Pop & Pour takes every precaution to provide a safe experience, but participation is at your own risk.
The organisers are not liable for personal injury or incidents unless caused by proven negligence.
Yes! By attending Pop & Pour, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you'd prefer not to be featured, just notify our media team on the day.
No pets allowed—registered assistance animals only.

DIETARY

While our venues work hard to cater to a wide range of dietary needs, we understand that there are many unique requirements these days. If you have very strict allergies or medical intolerances, we make an exception and allow you to BYO food.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you have any accessibility needs, please let us know at the time of ticket purchase so we can make suitable arrangements to ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable. We can arrange accessible transport and ensure venues are notified to assist on arrival. If you require a companion or support person, please email us ahead of time to ensure we can provide appropriate support.
